Round 10: Review

The last two Rounds have been all about Gareth Bridges (83 points) closing the nine point gap to Martin Hayman (87) at the top of the table – it’s now down to just four points with Gareth winning that two week duel 21-16.

Outside of the top two things are pretty close, with just eight points covering Lloyd Hide (78) in third to Cynth West (70) in ninth. Defending Champion, Scott Symonds (52) is now third from last and prompted him to wonder whether it was actually correct that he won the last Game of Premier Predictions – I checked, he did!

Manager of the Month: Winner

It came as quite a surprise to me that Round 10 was the last one of October and therefore the last in that month’s Player-of-the-Month table.

Gareth’s decent recent run wasn’t good enough to quite take that prize (£21.50) as he finished two points behind Mike Hodgson who collects his first PotM prize since November last year.

Twenty Point Jackpot: £48

The Twenty Point Jackpot will increase for Round 11 to £48. If any player manages to score 20 points in a single Round, then they will win the jackpot amount. The jackpot will increase by £1 for each Round nobody manages this feat.
