Round 16: Review

The penultimate round of this season’s Game 02 saw Shaun Allen cement his claim to be the form player since the return of Premier League football five weeks ago. His eleven points was enough to top the round table, one point ahead of Mark Vincent and Champion hopeful Miles Chapman.

Round 17: Preview

All of the final day Premier League fixtures kick off at 4pm this Sunday. All ten fixtures can be seen live, but this year two of the final days fixtures will be on BT Sport. Those two matches are Newcastle v Liverpool and West Ham v Aston Villa. The other eight matches are being shown on various Sky Sports channels.

16:00 West Ham 1 - 1 Aston Villa

Player of the Month: July

I think three players have a reasonable shout to be the first ever July Player of the Month. Shaun is sat top of the table on 48 points, three clear of Keith West (45) and four ahead of title challenging Miles Chapman (44). Craig Ellis, Mark Vincent (both 42) and Dave Mason (41) are probably just too far behind to nick it.

The Player of the Month Winner will collect £20.90. In the case of two or more players being level on points, the money will be shared equally. Here’s how things look after Round 16…

1. Shaun Allen 48
2. Keith West 45
3. Miles Chapman* 44
4. Craig Ellis* 42
5. Mark Vincent 42
6. David Mason* 41
7. Martin Hayman 39
8. Jeremy Wise 38
9. Alex Bridges 37
10. Martin Gayton 36

One Round Wonder: A Word to the Wise?

Jeremy Wise has been holding onto the One Round Wonder top position since Round 06 when he scored 15 points. This is Jeremy’s first game of Premier Predictions and he’ll collect £41.80 if he holds on to that top spot.

Historically the final day matches have notoriously difficult to predict, pointing to the distinct possibility that he’ll be finishing his first game with some decent success, as he is also currently also seventh in the Overall table. To topple Jeremy, you’ll need to score 16 points.

Twenty Point Jackpot: End of Season Sale

To keep everyone involved in what promises to be an already exciting final day, we’re having an End of Season Sale on the Twenty Point Jackpot.

For one round only, you’ll only need to score 15 points to secure 50% of the current Twenty Point Jackpot fund – that’s £36.50 for achieving 15 points. The more astute of you will have calculated that should you achieve 16 points, that would be £78.30, because you’d collect the One Round Wonder prize as well!!

In the event that two or more players achieve 15 points in Round 17, the 50% prize will be shared. If somebody actually manages to score twenty points, then they will collect the full Jackpot prize (£73.00) and the End of Season Sale will be null and void.
